The Nura approach

Considered
from the start.

This notice covers enquiries submitted through the Nura Interiors website. Updated 2 October 2026. Contact the studio at studio@nura-interiors.com or 367 Fulham Palace Road, London SW6 6TA with questions about your information.

Optional website analytics

With your permission, Google Analytics helps us understand page visits, engagement and successful enquiries. Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and session replays of clicks and scrolling to identify problems using the website. Clarity loads only after you accept analytics. Form content is masked. Microsoft may use analytics cookies and process data outside the UK. These analytics tools are not loaded until you choose Accept analytics. Declining keeps the website and enquiry forms available. Use Privacy settings at the bottom of the page to change your choice. We remember your choice on your device for up to 180 days. Google may set analytics cookies and process measurement data outside the UK. With analytics accepted, we keep the entry page, referral website and campaign labels for this browser session, for up to 24 hours, to connect your enquiry with its source. A random enquiry reference helps avoid counting the same successful submission twice. We do not send your name, email address or enquiry message to Google Analytics. Advertising storage and advertising personalisation are disabled.

Information you provide

The consultation form collects your name, email address and project message, plus any optional company, role, project stage, location, budget, target dates and drawings or tender link you provide. Any project location, budget, drawings or other details you include in a message or email are also part of your enquiry. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information that is not needed to discuss your project.

How your enquiry is used

The website sends your enquiry to the studio so the team can respond, discuss the brief and arrange the next steps you request. The form does not subscribe you to a mailing list. Responding to a request for a quotation or consultation supports steps you ask us to take before a potential contract; general correspondence and protection of the website support the legitimate interests of responding to enquiries and operating a secure service.

Website and email services

Vercel hosts the website and processes requests to the enquiry endpoint. Resend delivers the enquiry email to the studio, including the form details and your email address for replies. HubSpot stores the enquiry as a contact and associated project record so the studio can review and follow up on your request. This record includes the submitted brief, optional project details and sharing links. When analytics is accepted, campaign labels, entry and enquiry pages, and referral website may be included to understand the enquiry source. Service providers may process information in countries outside the UK. Contact the studio for information about the arrangements relevant to your enquiry.

Links and information on your device

Social-media and WhatsApp links open services operated by other providers, whose privacy notices apply when you use them. The enquiry form uses a hidden field to help reject automated submissions. Do not include confidential project documents when sharing a page on social media.

Keeping enquiry information

Retention depends on whether an enquiry remains active, becomes a project, or is needed for a dispute or applicable record-keeping requirements. Enquiry information is held in studio email correspondence and HubSpot contact and project records. Contact the studio to ask what correspondence is held and to request removal of information that is no longer needed.

Your questions and rights

You can contact studio@nura-interiors.com to request access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction or to object to its use. Which rights apply depends on the circumstances and the basis for processing. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
